I also use a thermostat that uses the total connect comfort app, works great.
It's my first thermostat that can be controlled through the internet and I
would never go back to a thermostat without this feature. The current model
nest thermostat is controlled in the google home app and this app

I wanted to mention that I thought they'd made it possible to use older
models with the newer Honeywell Home app too that app is quite
accessible by and large I'd say and yes you can mark the unit for the
most necessary icons you'd need to interact with in an emergency. I

need a little bit of assistance pairing the thermostat to the app.

I'm sure my model is not available. It was put in by the guy who installed our
AC unit.
