I did a search in the app store and found some that sounded like possible options. I tried two, "Hi Scan" and "beep" both of which have paid versions but neither worked well. In fact, it sounds like they are just tracking apps that you have to manually enter the expiration date.
So, rather than mess with struggling with this kind of thing, I would use Be My Eyes, aira, or Facetime or Zoom or Skype with a friend and have them read that info to you.
