Wow I would expect more from a company like Looktel when releasing an app
update. Fortunately for me I had the old Money Reader version in iTunes and
deleting the recent update from my iPhone and reinstalling it from iTunes got

Amazing as before the update on 5S and IOS 8.1 the app worked fine for me now
after the update the app will not even open, it just crashes upon me trying to
open. Pathetic.

For those of you who are finding that Money Reader doesn’t work with the latest
IOS update, make sure the app has permission to use your camera.
Be sure you let Looktel know there is a problem. they can't fix it
if they aren't aware.

Hi Suzanne,
Money reader is listed under the apps that are using the camera and it says on
and it still doesn’t work for me. I’m glad yours does! It’s weird because it
won’t open and as stated before it puts focus on another app but yet it shows
up in the app switcher as if it had opened.
As several of us have clearly stated the Camera is set to on and permission
is given, smile!
