Hello Richard,

First, thank you for sending a VoiceOver request to the developer of A T & T
Navigator.

Second, another GPS navigation enthusiast received a similarly non sequitur
reply in response to his request, as well.

The following is a copy of an off-list reply I sent to him as to what I believe
the sender was referring:

It has never been possible to directly terminate a route in Navigator via
VoiceOver.

However, in the previous version, 3.1.3, if one VoiceOver-Double-Tapped on the
Copyright Sign button at the lower left of the navigation screen, the resulting
dialog box would pop up asking if you wished to end the current navigation trip
at which point all one had to do was to select yes.

In the recent release, this little trick no longer works--well, what I should
say is that it continues to work but in a slightly different way. It took me
about two hours to figure it out but now, once again, I can consistently end a
trip whenever I wish--still using the Copyright sign.

In short, it's a real mess for any blind or low vision person who is not
intimately familiar with the 3.1.3 controls.

Keeping My Fingers Crossed,

Mark

Richard, on Monday, I will call my contact at TeleNav and inform him of these
seemingly canned responses to VoiceOver requests.

Thank you again for your support.

Hello Richard,

Yes, we are currently aware of the issue with the VoiceOver and our engineers
are working towards a solution. At this time, we ask to conduct a force stop of
the app (do not delete) and attempt the use of the VoiceOver. If this does not
resolve the issue, please let me know.

Richard
