their site. I already have a B and N account. Can I use that account to buy
Nook Books, or do I need to open a separate account?

You can use the BN account to buy nook books. The Nook only reads the Nook
books as far as I know. When you are on the BN site, click on my Nook
after you log in and you will be in the Nook home page where you can find
the nook books.

Rose-go to the Barnes and Noble web site and just create a Barnes and Noble
account. Your user name and password for the Barnes and Noble account can
also be used to sign into the Nook App.

The stand-alone Nook reader is inaccessible. The Nook reader app is fully

Is every Nook book accessible via the Nook app?
Is the text of each book searchable as is the case with iBooks offerings?

Right, there's now a Nook app for iPhone iPad that works with VoiceOver;
it's actually very nicely designed.
As I recall, you can't buy a book from within the app, but you can buy books
online and they will sync to the app.

Establish an online account with Barnes Noble first; purchase the book
