For what its worth... the Apple watch Pandora app does not freeze while
scrolling through playlists.
But the four buttons on the app are not labeled. I wrote a bug report to
Pandora.
The buttons are, Play/ Pause in the center of the watch,
and the three buttons across the bottom are, thumbs
Here is the reply from Pandora about my bug report:
Thanks so much for letting us know about this. We are aware of this issue and
are working on it. I've passed your info along to our engineers. They have been
gathering lots of information and are hoping to have a fix by the next release

I too have experienced this on my iPhone 6 with IOS 8.3. Nothing I have tried
