I installed IOS 6.1 yesterday afternoon, and having seen this latest
thread about updating using the app store, I got curious and tried
individual updates, including Tap Tap See, Around Me, Digit Eyes
I've been having this problem for about 3 weeks, obviously before the latest
update. I have deleted some of the apps and downloaded them again to get
around this.

I can update on the iPHone just fine using the Update All button. I haven't
tried with individual updates. Unless there's some reason you don't want to
update everything, try the Update All button.
