I haven’t found a significant use for it yet, but it is kind of interesting
sometimes to hear about the pictures and icons you have on various screens. I
was watching a video and I think I stumbled across it working with closed
captioning. I could see where this would be useful to some people.

I think what you heard about was the new VoiceOver Recognition which might be
useful in isolated situations, but is currently mostly annoying.
I turned it all off.
You can enable it and add it in the rotor to toggl: on and off but I prefer it
off for now.
Here is what it says in settings,
