Hi, I am going to suggest and advice you to please turn off your !,d reciept.
That is why Apple said that it must to have it off for non-idevices. Hope this

I think I got it, some how I got a number that sent me a failure notice.
I had to reboot the phone and it worked.

If not, go into your Message settings and make sure that send with SMS is
turned on.
If you send any kind of media attachment, also make sure send with MMS is on.
