Yes the assistive touch feature is ment for people with poor motor skills, but
it is also coool because it gives the newer phones without home buttons a home
button. You just double tap the asssistive touch button on the bottom of the
screen or whereever you have placed it and then a menu comes

Yeah on your phone screen,
Put a finger tip down by the bottom of the screen and then slide / flick it up
until you feel the phone vibrate a second time on the slide
And then lift your finger,
And listen for the phone to say app switcher.

For Ap Switcher on the 11, which would be the same:

3. You're there. Flick up with three fingers to close aps.
