The Trekz Air only has one size. Note that they're called Trekz Air and
not Trekz Titanium Air. The sizing guide is to determine if the Trekz
Titanium or the Trekz Titanium Mini is the right size for you. I'm not
sure if it's available on the Amazon pages or not, but it is through
Aftershokz.
I ordered the Trekz Titanium Air, a newer and lighter version and at least when
I ordered it on Amazon there was no option to select a size.
