You may try copying only one at a time. Yes, time consuming, but that is what i
have to do. I can’t copy more than one ringtone to my phone at one time. I hope
that helps a little. Not a perfect fix but it may work.

Are you sure the file is in the correct format to go into the ring tones folder?

Not sure why it doesn't copy, but just FYI, iPhone ringtones can actually be 40
seconds in length.
