What happens if you unpair the one with Jaws does it then allow the VoiceOver to stay on your phone? My experience is that there is no setting you can adjust for this to work. Either the speaker does it or it doesn't. Were the speakers purchased at the same time, hence likely the same firmware?

In my experience some Bluetooth speakers play both Voiceover and media through the external device and some don’t. One thing you could try is this. With all devices disconnected, go into Settings and Bluetooth. Place focus on the device you would like to change and flick up to More Info.
