When my wife was in the hospital the last time for epilepsy monitoring we
watched 2 movies on netflix via cellular data because the hospital Wi-Fi was so
slow and I burned through over 5 Gb of my 6 Gb data just with these two movies.

Yes, downloading it on Wi-Fi would be the better method, but you can probably
allow streaming via cellular data in Settings either Settings > Disney or
Settings > Cellular, then find the Disney app in the list of apps.

Hi there, it's better to have the title you wish to watch downloaded so that
you can watch the particular movie when wi-fi isn't available as surely you
know, watching video feeds cost loads of data.
