Thanks to all for responding to my inquiry. The fundamental problem for
me is that I was spelling Fleksy using an X. Surprising what a
difference that makes!

Fleksy VO has not been pulled. I brought it up in the search results
just now. Use the correct spelling and it will come up. I installed it a

Also, as someone else pointed out, note the correct spelling. Donald is
using F L E X Y with an 'x' while it's actually spelled F L E K S Y
with a 'ks'.

Hi Donald,
Do you tap on "search" in the bottom right corner of the keyboard after you
enter your search term? Often an app won't show up in the search suggestions
unless you do this. If I just type "Fleksy" into the search field of the app
store on my iPhone and tap on the search button the first
come accessible again. I suspect that this is
why the other version may have been pulled.

Fleksy VO is spelled F l e k s y space v o. (As I first wrote it.) Try
searching on that. I've heard that the original Fleksy has had so many
bells & whistles added, that it became difficult to use with VO. .

It might have been pulled because it is no longer needed.

I also prefer the new slide up gesture as I think it works faster and
more reliable. I don't have problems with entering erroneous
characters in the process. Even if you do, what is the worst that
happens? you have to just delete them from the end after you get it

I was one of those who asked to have the gestures changed. I would have
erroneous letters typed when I tried to add a line or try to open the number
pad.
I am not sure why they changed the menu gesture, but I have no problem with
it.

Hi there. You could always try sending them an email. They are receptive to
suggestions and if they get enough requests for this they may consider it.

Hi,
why not start your swipe up in that area above the keyboard? This way, if you
don't perform the gesture correctly, you have no chance of miss typing letters.

Yep, it will ignore them. Fleksy doesn't use any of iOS's auto correct
