How do you move apps with a braille display, I do not think that can be done?

I have not found a way to do this except when moving apps such as into folders.
Other times, you may need a Bluetooth keyboard. Some people have said you can
use that type of gesture on that. I don't have to use it much so not sure if
anyone has found a workaround I don't know about.
