I’m not sure how you would do this on a phone or tablet,
But on a mac computer you might be able to apple script something.
On the IOS platform there is a calendar for birthdays,
I don’t know if that gives you anything more but might be worth looking at.

I do something similar, although I haven’t done it with the Calendar app on the
iPhone. I create a calendar event for the birthday or anniversary which

Unfortunately, I don’t know an easy way to do this. The closest thing I could
come up with is when you create an event with their birthdays, put the year
they were borne in the notes section or title. That is the only way I can think
of. Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance.
