Dana, what really helped me was even before I got my iPhone, I listened to a whole bunch of podcasts. Go to Apple this that is with an S not AZ.com and look for some podcasts. Or just do a search for Apple this podcasts or tutorials about the iPhone. Trust me that will really help Lelia Sent
