Could it be that you accidently muted your phone with the mute switch above the
volume buttons? The switch should be pulled towards the touch screen fopr it to
be unmuted. Anyways, if you unlock your phone first and then move it will tell
you whether it’s “Muted” or “Unmuted” and when you push
