I have the free t-mobile call spot router, which provides this, along with the
option on my phone, except I don't use it, because you can only have one device
use this feature at the time and I like to have continuity/Handoff going on.

Mark, I don't know the answer but I do know that not all companies are
supporting this yet. I would assume that if it doesn't show up, it is likely
not there, but calling the provider would be a way to find out.
