The issue is you have music in the cloud shown on your phone. Go to
settings iTunes and App Stores and in the show all heading turn off music.

TO THE WORLD YOU ARE SOMEONE, BUT TO SOMEONE YOU ARE THE WORLD!
In settings under Music there is an option to only show downloaded
music. If they are not physically on your phone, checking this option
will cause them to disappear from the list on the phone but they'll
still be available should you wan to download them to any device in
future.
