Feeddler lists. You might want to find each service on the Web and
look at its pages in order to discover some of its features.

That's right, it's primary use in the past was as a Google Reader client. I'm
currently using it with InoReader, which is free and whose web-based account
setup was accessible and straightforward. Using iCab's file upload feature, I
was even able to import my old Google Reader feeds.
