Hello Kim, going to settings, go to contacts, then there will be something that says default account, double tap on that if it does not's say iCloud after the word defaults. In here, you will be able to pig where your contacts go after they're created. I hope this helps. And , please use my

Hi Kim, okay. In addition to Richard's suggestion of making sure that contacts is turned on under iCloud. You might want to make sure that under contacts, iCloud is selected to be the default. This means, whenever you create one contact from your work phone, it will automatically sync over to
