If you have a Bluetooth keyboard, connect it and press the left and right arrow
keys together to turn off Quick Nav. in iOS 8.3, you'll be able to press Space
with Q to do this.
Press Space with G until output is set to 8-dot braille.
Press Space with dots 2-3-6 until output is set

In iOS 8.2, I already can turn on and off quicknav using q with the space
bar on the focus 14 blue. And it says quick nap on, quick nav off. Does it not
work or something?

I know that in none of the iOS 8.2 betas did Q-chord toggle Quick Nav. But it's
possible they fixed it in the final release. If it's turning it on and off,
