I think that making records of a phone call should be possible and the use of
one microphone for 2 programs = sondstreams , should not be a problem.

Are either of these possible while on a call on my IPhone 5? I thought I could
do it with voice memos, but when I double tapped the call button, while voice
memos was recording, it shut voice memos off. I then was going to try making
the call, while voice memos was running, but not recording

I doubt it. I don't see how it could work. Both apps are trying to use the
microphone at the same time.
