Dear all. A friend of mine bought a used i touch. The original user did not
bring the device back to factory settings. He has not been able to sign in with
his own apple id. He has itunes eleven installed. But he is unable to find the
option to change
Go to settings/general/reset. Choose the option, erase all content and
settings. Follow the prompts and directions. This will bring the iPod touch
back to factory settings, setting it up as a new iPod.
