Someone has highjacked my messages

Over and over again I keep receiving messages from someone or something with a gibberish message and a z906 number in my texts. Just at I have been typing this message I have received two of these. Is this like spam? Is it a virus? What can I do if anything? Help? He or she is driving me nuts!
