Hello Folks,

A while back when I had purchased another app with a similar problem that
Robert has described, the developers handled the situation totally differently.
The fact was that I needed to rstore the app, but there was no record that I
had purchased it when attempting this from the phone. I needed to submit my
receipt to the devs and once they confirm the purchas, they gifted me back the
amount lost so I could repurchase it again. This I call "good business
practice." It would be nice if the devs of TapTapSee could do the same and make
a wrong a right. There are so many of us that want to support those who create
apps that include accessibility within their apps. JMO.

Cheers,
Eileen
