However, it is the sort of bs that is rather flattering, though, wildly, at odds with the truth. I have just started checking my day's activity records in health, and it tells me that, yesterday I walked/ran 0.33kg, and took 900 steps, give or take a few while today, I bettered that by walking/running 0.36kg and I took about the same number of steps; I must have lengthened my hobble. Unfortunately, these glowing stats were created by my doing 2 sessions of 60 on-the-spot marching high knee rises, today, even though I had * walked/run 0.03kg further, I had done only one session of 40, and my use of the word * high is open to some question!
