I won't hide my bias, but I think Voice Dream Reader is a much better app.
The name of the app you are looking for is written with no spaces and uses the
number 2 instead of the word.
So it is written Read2go
The price is $19.99

will say this: look at both. Read2Go hasn't been updated in a while, and costs
twice as much. It comes with two voices, but you can't get any others; VDR
comes with one, but you can buy A Capella, Nespeech, or ivona

Everything Alex says is true. However, if you plan to read with a braille
display, you may still want Read2Go because you can set it so that you can read
a whole chapter continuously without having to change screens every few lines.
