We have the Honeywell Thermostat 9320 WF5003-u It too was about $200, but the Honeywell Total Comfort app is quite accessible and you would need the Mac address of the thermostat to setup yr account so you can access the thermostat from anywhere. The thermostat itself does not talk, and

Hello, I have the talking thermostat from Talkingthermostats.com. It's the VIP3000. This is a universal thermostat. It is not a Wi-Fi thermostat. It does have 5/2 programming. That means weekday and weekend programming. It speaks in an extremely clear male voice. The price was around $190 or so.
