I thought I would point out another feature in Digit-Eyes that isn't seen in
other apps. If you have a item that you scan and it isn't found in any of the
data base, then Digit-Eyes will announce the code in numbers and a prompt to
record the description. This comes in handy when

I must check it to make sure, but I think there is a nap called AudioLabels
which will also do this. You can even use it to make special AudioLabels using
existing barcodes so, four example, you could have voice over Read cooking
instructions on the packet which RedLaser would
Red Laser also reads qr codes. From what I can tell, the Digit Eyes labels you
can print are just QR codes, so Rd Laser can read them. No, you can't re-use
them, which is where Digit Eyes is handy, but you can use Red Laser or other
apps to tell you the text of any qr code. I haven't tested
