Hello Sieghard,
I'm delighted that you now know about digital crown navigation. Aside from the
haptic time feedback, it is my favorite feature of the device. It's saves a
lot of, time, get it? Time? (big smile
: A Question for Those Who Have Updated to Watch OS 4 from Watch OS 3
Hello Greg,
Wow! Really?
Which app are you using to play your audio book? Is that particular app
installed on your watch?
After reading your post, I immediately began playback of an audiobook in my
iBooks app on my 6 Plus
watch which is running Watch OS 3, in order to wake it up. Doing
this did not result in a now playing screen on my watch.
Perhaps another Watch OS 4 user could try to reproduce your findings. If they
cannot, then your problem may simply be the result of a software setting.

Hi Sieghard,
Pedometer++ and, I assume, the ones Mark mentioned can show your step count as
a complication on your screen. It doesn't gather data, it just displays it, but
normally I would have to go
Updated to Watch OS 4 from Watch OS 3
Hi Mark and Sieghard,
I also haven't experienced problems with VoiceOver other than the watch locking
more often while I'm doing things. I'm hoping that some of this is the result
of using a first generation watch; I'm getting a new one tomorrow, so I'll know
before updating.

Hello Everyone,
Hello Everyone,
Perhaps I should have discerned this by now, after all the messages posted
in recent days but, alas, I have not; so, I'm just going to ask:
Are there any VoiceOver problems in Watch OS 4 that were not in Watch OS 3?
Any reason why you wish you had not yet updated?

Hi Robin,
That's exactly what I ended up having to do. I found this out by doing some
googling. Wish Apple would let people know that when they participate in this
program. Oh well, that's part of the fun of living on the bleeding edge :-)

Are you on the public beta programme? I was and I found that I had to go into
profiles under general settings in the Watch app and delete the public beta
programme profile and then check for updates again before it showed the update.
I might have even had to reboot my phone first too, I
t says that
I'm running watchOS 2.2.2 and that my software is up-to-date.
