No, you do not have to have Apple Watch to use the weight watchers app. However, you will not get an accurate step count. You will still be able to record your food and activity but not get an accurate step count from the watch. Let me know if you have any other questions. Sorry it took me so

No, it sounds like you have it all set up. Now, in the weight watchers app, at the very top, there is a foods tab and an activity tab go to the activity tab and see what you find. You should find activity points given to you for different activities like making a certain amount of steps etc

You don't pay if you're at goal anyway, but if you want to use the etools portion of the program, and you're a member, it's only $14.95 for the etools portion. I'm at goal, so I use the etools portion and go to the meetings, if I want, for free. It motivates a person to get in shape. WW
