There are a handful of apps that are offered on the iPad that aren't on
the iPhone but in my opinion it hardly makes it worth the cost.
I have an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2, the only reason though is because I got the

I own both, and what I use depends on what I'm doing.
I still gravitate to my iPhone because it's small enough and I can hold it
in my hand.
That being said, I love typing on the iPad over the phone because of the
bigger keyboard.
