The advisor I spoke with actually tried doing what I was talking about with voiceover on his phone, and could see what was happening with no changes being made in the video and the done button being dimmed even though the start and end buttons indicated that there should be changes. Until they maybe get it hopefully back to the way it used to be, the workaround is to double tap and hold on what’s called the media scrubber, slide very slightly to the right, and make your changes, we’re upon the done button will then be operable.
