I imagine that what I want to do isn't possible, or at least, not easily, if at
all. I just got an email from a Russian music website that I like. It seems
they've come out with an iPhone app, and they provide a link for it. But the
app store that loads when I click that link is empty.
Maybe you could double-check with the developers to see if it's in the US app
store. I haven't done this, but if you can get an address in Russia, you can
use that for your new account. I don't think it's possible to link a credit
card, though, so you'd have to download only free apps with the
