I think you have to check the manually manage music and videos to get
this to work. You'll find that I believe in the summary tab in iTunes
under your iPhone section.

library, but was not able to get them in the sync. However, when I went to
the sharing icon in the sidebar, I was able to see them.
On Friday,
sync, now you just paste them and they are

So I used to add different tones that I had to my iPhone using iTunes.
However in this latest version of iTunes I don't see them anymore and
when I select an m4r file and open it with iTunes, it wont play or show
up there. Did they take this ability away as well with the recent
changes? I
