I can certainly relate and understand wondering the time, but I really
think the time it is released and the time and maybe the different day
you can really accomplish the download and installation may be much
different! My gut feeling tells me this one will be bad in terms of
servers jammed and
the subject line explains it all, any one know?

Apple hasn't released a time, but googling I found the following article
where they say they think it'll be available around 9AM Pacific time,
based on what Apple has done in the past.

It will be ready when it's ready, and not a second sooner.
Sorry if that sounds flippant, but seriously, be patient, and it will
come out if the world doesn't end. And if it does, it will still come
out. This is Apple of course. In the past I've seen upgrades being made
around 10 AM Pacific
I know it was just a curiousity question only no worries I can wait its
all good.
