Hi, if the Bluetooth headset doesn't have A2DP, then Voice Over will not
work very well with it. Good thing though is that now-a-days, most ones
out do have A2DP even if they are single-ear headsets. So, chances are
that no matter which one you get, it will work with Voice Over. Of

Hello Rick and others. Just an FYI, Best Buy is now matching Amazon
prices. The catch however is that the price for the item must be a
direct Amazon sale, meaning it can't be through a third-party seller via

To set the record straight, not every single BlueTooth headset works
with VO. The headset/earpiece has to support A2DP. Without that support,
you won't hear VO. Most of the newer BT sets support this but not all.
Be especially careful of the real cheap ones.

Hi Rick,
If the headset or earpiece does not support A2DP will it just not work with

Hi Scot.
It will work with the device strictly as a headset for receiving and
taking calls using it's hands free protocol. It would not be able to get

Even though a BT earphone may be A2DP compatible does not necessarily mean it
will be fully functional. I've had several A2DP compatible earpieces only to
discover that they had some serious limitations.
