I don't have that keyboard but the apple command is
command+control+option+space
to activate a button or an app.

No, I don't think so, but I mostly lean on quicknav. The web page
http://www.hllf.net/70 is a good resource and shows you how to use your
keyboard with the iPhone and VO with and without quicknav.
