But then, if I change my region to the USA and I'm actually in the UK, won't it

Well, I'm in Canada, and I switched my region to Ireland to get the default
voice I wanted and it hasn't seemed to mess with the calendar or location. It

always be better, but I would hate to lose the Daniel
Sandy, This is definitely about more, not fewer, voice choices.

I, too, would like to get rid of Daniel and have Samantha back. But as i live
in Britain, I don't seem to be able to choose Samantha. I was disappointed with
this when it happened. I don't know what it is about Daniel, but it irritates

Bret, can't you just not have any languages other than English in your

Good thought and if it worked as you suggested, that would be great. However it
still changes languages for me and the only options in my language rotor is
Australian and British English.

Hi Bret, Well, I'm certainly happy to write to accessibility and suggest that
they make a change that will not allow for the reading of languages using
voices not in somebody's rotor. Makes sense.
