I have a Jawbone Era and, a Motorola H17TXT.
They both work equally well with Siri whether VoiceOver is running or not.
However; the battery life on the Era even with VoiceOver running is much much
better.

My good bit of experience is that no Bluetooth yet is as good as wired
microphone with Siri. The microphone is always the downside of Bluetooth. I
have found sound quality as good as wired, but not microphone.

The Aftershokz Bluez works fine with Siri.

That has been replaced by the Q3. if you want a single earpiece, it’s the best.
