Hello, I am a new comcast customer, i was talking a little aoubt the TV guide thing which is not the app, but I also have the remote app. The search feature on it would let me voice search last night but not today, and I reinstalled, made sure mike was turned on and it kept saying there was a problem with your voice search. Does anyone have experience with hthis, can't I search with my stupid iOS device keyboard it doesn't seem so and even if you can, the IPhone doesn't tell you what is showing up on your TV screen. The TV talking guide sometimes works to tell me this, but as everyone nows, that's still in beta so I am just trying to make these apps work. Everyone at comcast says their stuff is so accessible and have an accessibility line, but everyone I talk to is just reading the same manual I can, and none of them are blind so I am feeling lost. If someone can help, i'd be very very appreciative.

I am going to do a podcast review of their services so I want to make sure I give an accurate representation as to how well something works. I want to make sure the issues I am having are not mine alone or find out how to fix them so I can write a review that accurately reflects its usability as I've seen numerous people write inaccurate ones mostly saying things are not accessible when they are. In this case, i am being told by the company it's accessible, but I am having trouble. The comcast TV app seems to work fine, but the remote one is somebody's idea of a joke so far.
