If you go into Settings, general, accessibility, voiceover, Braille and double tap on more information beside the name of your device, then double tap on Braille Commands and you will be taken to a list of categories. By double tapping on each of them, you will find out the commands you can use

Hello all, I recently paired a focus 40 braille display with my iPad, wich runs the latest IOS. I could read the braille on the display. However, I was unable to enter characters when in editing mode. Has there been a problem with the most recent ios update and the focus? Thanks

If you're using IOS6, you will have to use the panning keys to go to the next line. When you're in the text of a page, you can use dots 1-3-5 chord to go to the next page. When you're on the page control, you can use dot-6 chord to go to the next page. Here's a list of Braille commands. It's

Hi Marie, Pressing the right rocker bar up or down will move you to the previous or next page in a book when you're using iBooks. Another useful control in this context may be the left selector button which activates the Back button, if there's one on the screen (I use this control a log).
