Yes, I know they are not adding or changing Apple pay. The picker in changing
expiration and security codes

cause I was able to access the edit fields to change the code.

Just double tap on the credit card you have on file in your apple Id payments
section. Then go to the top of the page and edit your info. When you get to
the edit field you want, just double tap to edit the exp date and code.
