The Royal National Institute for the ablind here in the UK has a website which
sends me emails when I order items or when I forget password and want to reset
password - but the emails never arrive in my iCloud Inbox nor even in my Junk
folder. If I ring tgem up, tge individual I’m speaking to can send me a new
email or forward to me the original automated email. I originally used one
iCloud alias email address but that stopped working with their website, so I
signed up with another alias - and the same no-show of automated emails has
happened. Those two alias email addresses work fine for all other senders (I
think). Any idea why such automated emails might be being blocked and not even
sent to Junk?
Thanks
Harry
