Just to add to Neil's post, iOS 6 is also available now in Canada, but the
download is going very slow, the servers must be really bogged down.

I got up to 96% in about 30ish minutes, maybe a bit more, and now it
seems to be stuck there... not sure what I should do. I think it's
been at that number for about 10 minutes now.

I would not touch it and just be patient. Mine came back somewhere
between 15 and 30 minutes after all sound was gone.
