I just noticed that a few minutes ago for the first time. I use a braille
display and was able to type my status, but VOICEOver turned itself off/on
for a second...

status in Facebook so I can then dictate a status, voiceover completely goes
away. Siri says it is still on, but there is no speech. I have to shut off my
phone and turn it back on for voiceover to come back.
I have had this problem and it is annoying.
