Hi, are you syncing your contacts through a cloud service like Google
Contacts? If you are, then I don't believe the iPhone field will show up
since Google doesn't support that. In the past for me it used to get
switched to the field called Other. Since I don't use iMessages I don't

I have heard people refer to this mysterious iPhone field before. Where is
this supposed to be, I certainly don't seem to have it when I add or edit a
contact. If I double tap let's say on the Mobile button next to the field
where I put somebody's cell number I get a list with a Cancel

Well, I guess you have something on your iPhones which I don't have because
there is no iPhone label on my phone when I do this. As I pointed out in my
initial post, the following 10 labels are the only ones that show up when I
do this:
Mobile
Home
Work
Home Fax
Work Fax
Pager
Just want to throw in one quick thing: if you go down to the bottom of
the screen and find the add field button, you will find a long list
of fields that don't show up by default when entering contact
information. Such things as assistant's name, assistant's tel,
birthday, home fax, work fax,
